Large Square Balers
The new Automatic Applicator system for large square balers make baling hay and keeping track of your bales even easier and more efficient than ever before. With the addition of an automatic preservative application system, the operator can stay put in the cab and just monitor the operation while the system continuously takes moisture readings and automatically adjusts application rates. The Automatic Applicator also has the capacity to store 300 job records and 32,000 individual bales within those records by bale serial number, date and time, field name, bale weight, average and high moisutre content, and amount of preservative used. Each one of these records can be downloaded as a spreadsheet to your computer through a USB port.

The Automatic Applicator is compatible with the new Bale Indentification System, or Tagger, that attaches a tag carrying all the information on that specific bale to the bale itself.

Electronic control systems are also available for large square balers. Equipped with a high-capacity 110-gallon tank mounted on the rear of the baler, the operator can go almost non-stop.

Small Square Balers
Get started baling earlier and bale longer with the addition of a preservative application system to your small square baler. Systems are available in 25-gallon or 55-gallon units and mount on the back frame, side of the baler or top, depending on the model of your baler. Choose a touch screen automatic control system, an electronic or manual control system.

Sensors for Small Square Balers
	Automatic systems for small square balers are equipped with two star wheel moisture sensors mounted on the bottom of the bale chute.

Round Balers
Hay preservative can be used to bale large round bales between 16% and 30% moisture. You have the option of a 25-gallon application system or, on certain models, a 55-gallon application system. The system mounts on the tongue of the baler and holds enough preservative to treat 30 to 60 tons of hay. Depending on your need, choose an automatic touch-screen control system, an electronic control system or an economical manual control system (available on 25-gallon systems only).

Sensors for Round Balers
	Automatic systems for round balers are equipped with two sensing discs, one mounted on each of the baler s side walls, sensing from side to side.
