Control for Large Square and Round Balers
The 500 & 400 series automatic systems accurately senses moisture
on the go and adjusts the application rate every three
seconds to match the condition of the hay. This precision
gives the operator the exact amount of preservative required
to keep the crop in great condition without wasting product.
The touch screen display gives the operator complete control
and displays:
- Moisture content
- Speed of baling (tonnage) on large square and small
square balers
- Target application rate
- Volume of preservative used per bale
- Total tons baled
For Large Square Balers
The new 500 series automatic system for large square balers makes
baling hay and keeping track of your bales even easier
and more efficient than ever before. With a newly-designed
Precision Information Processor, the applicator has the
capability to record and store 300 job records and up to
32,000 individual bales within those records by bale serial
number, date and time, field name, bale weight, average
and high moisture, and amount of preservative used. Each
one of those records can be downloaded as a spreadsheet
to your computer through a USB port. The new system also
comes with the latest software that is compatible with
the Tagger system that puts all that information on the
bale itself.
For Round Balers
The 400 series automatic control system for round and small square
balers still remains the most advanced preservative applicator
for these types of balers. Driven by the Baler Mounted
Processor and touch screen display, the automatic system
is able to store up to 60 job records by field number with
total tons baled, average and high moisture, date and time,
and amount of preservative used. |
| Electronic Control
Systems |
 The
electronic cab control is a solid state
electronic pump control used for large
round and large square balers. The
control is mounted in the cab or on
the fender. Application rate is quickly
and easily adjusted from the operator
s seat. Once set, the electronic control
will hold the application rate constant.
This unit is included with all 25-and
55-gallon applicators with electronic
control. It is also included with 100-gallon
applicators with electronic control
for large square balers. |
| Manual Control
Systems |
 The
manual pressure regulator provides
full-rate adjustment at the applicator.
This economical control is available
for 25-gallon applicators only.
